**Responsibilities**
Main Responsibilities include:
+ Support multiple leaders and their teams to become their trusted advisor
+ Prepare Product P&Ls and key financials to drive product roadmap and overall margin optimization efforts through deep analysis of the various business, financial and other operational drivers

+ Perform competitive analysis, pricing, and/or cost modeling
+ Link business strategy to financial reporting at various levels (from a discrete service to overall offerings, or from a DC level to global performance) using KPIs, and goal setting

+ Manages coordination and preparation of half and fiscal year budgets and forecasts for assigned business areas--full-line sales, ultrasound, and headquarters departments. This role is expected to be a key contributor of the Optum Health risk transfer team for the M&R regional finance organization.
The role will partner with Regional Finance leads, and support Market and Regional CEOs to evaluate and execute value-based contracts with OptumHealth. The core responsibilities of the role will be to analyze healthcare data, develop financial models and provide strategic recommendations to accelerate and enhance our value-based contracting strategies. This role will work collaboratively with our National Finance team, as well as other functional teams to drive performance. This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Developing financial forecasts and sensitivity analyses for potential value-based contracting opportunities with Optum Health
+ Engage with non-finance functional teams (Network, Operations, Product, Member Experience, etc.) to identify opportunities for performance improvements and communicate findings / recommendations to business leaders
