**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
Project Management
+ Lead end-to-end implementation of EPM solutions, including planning, consolidation, reporting, & data management modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
+ Lead all aspects of implementation, including detailed project planning, timelines, prioritisation, RAID log maintenance, dependencies, achievement tracking, & collaborator communications to deliver project in a timely manner and within scope

+ Organize spur-of-the-moment problem-solving workshops to overcome design hurdles and coordinate on objectives with functional and technical customers
+ Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, maintaining a risk log and implementing contingency plans as needed
+ Act as a key liaison for workstream leads, supporting issue resolution, achievement delivery, and strategic alignment
+ Drive system testing efforts, including SIT, UAT, pre-parallel and parallel, planning, coordination, issue resolution, and validation of results against business requirements
+ Lead cutover planning and launch execution, ensuring a flawless transition to the new EPM environment with minimal disruption to business operations
+ Drive key pre-Go-Live activities including data quality improvements, dashboard enhancements, and critical functionality implementation
+ Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations, including lessons learned and system optimizations
Change Management & Communications
+ Develop and drive key leadership communications, including monthly Steering Committee meetings and other executive leadership updates (ELT, SFLT, & FLT)
+ Support change management initiatives including Superuser engagement, newsletter development, training communications, and end-user readiness activities
+ Provide oversight to training teams to track and report training completion using Power BI dashboards, ensuring compliance for both read and write access users
+ Act as a change agent and project leader to guide the organization through transformation and adoption of the new systems and processes
EPM Ecosystem & Finance Transformation
+ Ensure scalable integration and long-term sustainability of FCC, EPB, and EDM solutions by coordinating closely with internal and external collaborators throughout the implementation lifecycle
+ Drive process optimization across the EPM ecosystem by finding opportunities for standardization, implementing standard methodologies, and enhancing the end-user experience
+ Work together with global Finance, IT, HR, and GFS leadership to outline strategic workstreams, prioritize key initiatives, and position Finance as a proactive business partner

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ BSBA degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration required and MA or MBA
+ Relevant years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field in the Financial Services industry is required with a strong background in a global or multi-regional financial leadership role commensurate with the level of the role.
+ Knowledge of financial reporting processes and understanding of finance functions
+ Advanced proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office products
+ Experience serving as a visible change agent and transformational leader, operating efficiently and effectively in a matrix environment
+ Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

+ Review of the 10Q/10K and 8K filings within Wdesk as well as XBRL coordination with the Wdesk team
+ Verifying all SEC disclosure requirements are addressed in external filings
+ Oversee the accounting for the global pension plans and stock compensation as well as other corporate transactions such debt and equity, including the review of associated journal entries and account reconciliations
+ Completion of annual goodwill and intangible asset impairment analysis
+ Preparation of the earnings per share calculations
+ Review of all aspects of FASB ASC adoptions and newly issued SEC guidance
+ Research and document accounting topics as necessary
+ Tracking and review of acquisition and restructuring related costs including consulting, severance and other costs incurred related to the projects

What we are looking for

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical finance manager to join our Biotech Finance team, with a primary focus on EverGrain and ad-hoc support to Biobrew. This a key role that will act in coordinating month-end closing routines, cost accuracy, and continuous process improvement. The person will coordinate cross-functional activities, ensure financial discipline, and drive insights related to production costs, SKU/component-level breakouts, and operational variances. **1. Month-end Closing Coordination**
+ Coordinate the monthly financial closing process for EverGrain with support from BSC.

+ Review and communicate usage variances (Actuals vs Plan) at mid-month and close.
+ Consolidate and validate cost breakdowns per SKU/component with relevant stakeholders (e.g., SLB Control, Supply, Procurement).
+ Support Evergrain ZBB Actuals vs Plan reconciliation and LE projections with stakeholders.
**2. Cost Accuracy & Visibility**
+ Ensure clarity and accuracy of production costs by coordinating inputs from multiple teams.
+ Update _Scorecard_ file with charges (e.g., labor, utilities, overtime costs, etc.).
+ Review cost drivers and follow-up on potential deviations.
+ Support detailed cost breakdowns for internal stakeholders.
+ Validate and challenge assumptions behind cost allocations and unit prices.
+ Simulate different cost scenarios as needed.
**3. Process Improvement**
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities with impact on financials.
+ Suggest automation, simplification, or control measures to improve accuracy, efficiency and visibility.
+ Support Evergrain MICS quarterly assessment (inventory and lease control).
**4. Ad-hoc Financial Support (Biobrew)**
+ Approve REQs as per budget.

**Your role**
The Finance Manager will define scope, develop, deploy, and track critical initiatives that support functional business goals. This role partners closely with Finance, functional leaders, Sales, and IT to deliver business-critical support through robust analysis, tool development, and process improvement in a complex environment.
**Your background and experience**
+ Own and lead financial and operational analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in pricing that drive business performance and critical initiatives.

U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance is currently seeking a candidate to join our growing team of environmental finance professionals as a Project Manager Associate (PMA). The PMA's responsibilities include identifying and mitigating risk, managing the overall customer relationship, and underwriting and executing amendments and modifications as well as assisting with underwriting, structuring, negotiating, and closing of complex renewable energy loans and related products (predominantly solar, wind, and battery storage systems).
Job Responsibilities:
+ Monitor project construction and development milestones, analyze project performance, and continually monitor risk profile of debt transactions in compliance with all applicable banking regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
+ Prepare high-quality underwriting packages in support of post-closing deal amendments, modifications, or restructures, describing the strengths, weaknesses, risks, and mitigating factors related to a transaction. Additionally, assist in the preparation of underwriting packages for proposed debt financings.
+ Manage through project issues that may arise and provide value-added solutions, proactively identifying uncertainties and grey-area situations to take well-reasoned and well-mitigated risk. Articulate the Bank's position to customers, and advocate on behalf of Sponsors with Credit and management.
+ Assist in managing third party professionals including attorneys, accountants, consultants, and engineers.
+ Coordinate with internal parties to facilitate the underwriting, credit approval, and execution of portfolio management and new loan requests.
+ Support the Project Management team in closing new and managing existing transactions in accordance with bank policies while furthering the Bank's customer relationships.
+ Review complex legal documents pertaining to structured credit arrangements as well as all necessary third-party reports to support financing requests; works with teammates and other associates to mitigate risks on behalf of USBIF.
+ Review and analyze financial models and be able to identify and address underwriting, cash flow, and accounting risks.
+ Participate in special projects, including the maintenance and revision of internal policies and procedures.
+ Actively ensure compliance with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and all Anti‐Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, and information security policies and procedures. Follow account opening procedures and internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Typically Bachelor's degree and five or more years of related experience
OR
- MBA/JD with one or more years of directly related experience
**Preferred Skills/Experience**
+ Knowledge of financial modeling techniques and analysis of proforma financial statements.
+ Proven credit underwriting and financial analysis skills, including cash flow analysis experience with complex, structured transactions, due diligence proficiency and detail orientation.
+ Comprehension of complex project finance transactions, loan documentation, and deal structure mechanics.
+ Knowledge of critical aspects of renewable energy project underwriting, including equipment and performance review as well as a baseline understanding of U.S. energy markets including regulatory structures, physical and synthetic forms of power agreements and derivative instruments.
+ Ability to review and synthesize a large quantity of deal related documentation and materials, including third party reports, loan/investment documents, and other legal documents to produce a clear and concise underwriting package. Able to identify key issues and concerns, manage timelines, and problem solve using creativity and innovation.
+ Familiarity with standard banking processes and procedures, including managing to credit policies and procedures and navigating credit approval processes.
+ Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively manage client timelines and needs. Ability to identify obstacles and manage expectations, both internally and externally.
+ Effective listener and strong communication skills, both oral and written.
+ Highly motivated self-starter who has a keen attention to detail, growth mindset, and ability to be comfortable in periods of unpredictability.
+ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
