- Provide financial and business decision support to multiple constituents within the Operations organization at West Palm Beach site.

**Position Summary:**
The **Sr. Analyst, Finance Co-Pilot-Operations** provides accurate and timely financial information and analyses for operational expenses to drive profitable growth. This role supports the Finance Manager for Garden of Life & Solgar brands and is responsible for planning, analyzing, and reporting on volume, mix, and rate changes. Other tasks include tracking actual results, explaining variances, special project tracking, preparing business model financials, monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, and handling special assignments/audits as needed.

**Position Specific Description**
Under direct supervision, this job applies diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to broad variety of assignments and related fields. Acts as a single point of contact for projects for the department. Develops knowledge and skills within a specific practice area. Evaluates, selects, and applies standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks for conventional projects with few complex features. · Participate in all facets of the budgeting, forecasting and regulatory processes of Power Generation
