Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with expertise in Financial Reporting to join their esteemed finance department in Orlando, Florida, US . This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial statements and reports that are vital for internal decision-making and external compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP. This includes performing account reconciliations, journal entries, and ensuring the accuracy of general ledger data. You will play a key role in the month-end and year-end closing processes, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. Job Description:
The L3Harris Public Safety and Professional Communications (PSPC) sector has an availability for a Program Finance Specialist to join the team.
The Program Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing the control of the budget for large and/or complex programs. This will include conducting detailed financial analysis and regularly communicating the financial position of programs to management. **Job Summary**
Primary responsibilities of the **System/Operations Finance Manager** will include oversight of the preparation of the Monthly Operations Review data, annual budget process, and monthly forecasting for the assigned system. Work You'll Do
As a US Delivery Center Solution Consultant on the team, you will:
+ Support Workday implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
+ Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Workday solutions.
+ Configure Workday modules based on client needs, including business process setup, security, reporting, and integrations.
+ Provide subject matter expertise in Workday Financial Management module (e.g. Capital Projects and Business Assets).
+ Develop and deliver user training and documentation.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support to clients.
+ Stay current with Workday updates and new features, recommending enhancements as appropriate.
+ Participate in project planning, status meetings, and client presentations.

Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
+ Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
+ Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
+ 1+ year(s) of experience implementing Workday Business Assets and Projects
+ 1+ year(s) experience with capital project accounting (including Work-in-Progress accounting)
+ Workday Finance Certifications including Project Services and Business Assets Services required

Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured rotations through various finance departments (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, etc.).

Qualifications:
