+ Develop new financial reports utilizing Excel, Essbase, and Qlikview as needed. Active participant in any software conversions, company reorganizations, and any other changes/updates as to effect on financials.

**Primary Function**
This supporting role is needed to execute the day-to-day financial operations of our creative video studio and virtual event production team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this individual will audit and manage for data accuracy, coordinate vendor and personnel processes, and partner with production teams to maintain timely, accurate financial records across platforms. The ideal candidate will be someone who can organize project details, prepare reporting for invoicing and analysis, and seek ways to optimize process within a fast-paced, creative environment.
Hybrid: Remote, East Hanover campus for quarterly team meetings, occasional set visits
Pay: $30 - $34 per hour
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Manage and reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and financial integrity
+ Support and coordinate the accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor onboarding, payment tracking, and communication
+ Organize and maintain audit-ready records for projects and vendor invoices, ensuring timely submission and compliance
+ Track, verify, and submit weekly freelancer deliverables and invoices, partnering with production members to ensure accuracy and timely processing
+ Enter, maintain, and update the freelancer roster database, ensuring current rates, roles, and documentation are reflected
+ Sync, structure, and organize financial and operational data across spreadsheets and project management tools (e.g., Farmerswife, Cirkus, Excel)
+ Collect and consolidate key performance indicator data (KPIs) for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables
+ Oversee and audit timekeeping submissions for staff and freelancers to support accurate resource utilization reporting
+ Manage and follow up on receipt collection for purchasing cards, ensuring timely submission and proper documentation
+ Act as a liaison for freelance producers by translating and entering project data from Excel into internal systems
+ Collaborate with the Finance Manager and broader operations team to develop and improve standard workflows, tools, and templates
+ Champion a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement in finance operations
+ Advance special projects and complete other assigned duties in support of the finance and production teams
**Skills & Qualifications**
+ A positive, proactive, and team-first attitude
+ Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for organization
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, merging, etc.)
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to interpret data and resolve inconsistencies
+ Professional and diplomatic communicator; comfortable engaging with all levels of staff and vendors
+ Ability to collaborate across departments and juggle multiple priorities
+ Familiarity with project management or financial systems such as Farmerswife, Cirkus, or Nexonia preferred
+ Experience working in or supporting creative production or media finance is a plus
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is required
+ 1-2 years of experience in finance, operations, or production coordination
+ Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple timelines and deliverables
+ Demonstrated experience in building or improving spreadsheets, systems, or financial tracking tools
+ Familiarity in health care, biomed, pharma, or other regulated industry preferred
