**Aerotek has an immediate opening for a Finance Manager (Assistant Controller) at the corporate office in Hanover, MD.**
**OVERVIEW**
Reporting to the Regional Controller (RC), the Assistant Controller will serve as the financial steward for the regional sales offices and/or national sales teams. The successful candidate will interact with the sales teams nationwide helping them with items including, but not limited to; rate negotiations, contract negotiations, reviewing Requests For Proposals (RFPs), and other support functions while driving company initiatives.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
+ Primary contact for Regional/ National sales teams
+ Manage account, office and regional profitability through office P&L's and profit models
+ Partner with Regional/National sales teams to assist in the management of:

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Applies a strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls, including accrual accounting
• Supports the Accounting team in executing monthly close procedures
• Oversees detailed reviews of monthly financial statements for ACS and related entities
• Oversees the allocation of corporate overhead expenses to subsidiaries and communicates changes in allocated expenses to subsidiaries’ Finance leaders

Southern Glazer's offers a competitive compensation package with expected first year total earnings of $6000 - $81000 / year including bonus. This salary range is an average range for this position. **Overview**
The Commercial Finance Analyst will be a valued and trusted business partner, providing critical insights, analysis and recommendations to support the finance and commercial teams. This role is responsible for performance monitoring as well as gathering data and generating reports to inform decision-making.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Create detailed financial reporting and analysis to assess performance vs. targets, providing commentary on variances
+ Support financial forecasting and planning activities, including insights to drive decision making
+ Proactively manage A/R and fund balances against budgets
+ Drive process optimization and standardization, using systems and data, to increase efficiency
+ Deliver robust business performance management process to ensure delivery of all relevant financial metrics
+ Enable the development of finance talent through building capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
**Additional Primary Responsibilities**
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree plus at least one year of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Preferred financial analysis experience in a corporate environment
+ Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and financial skills

- Support the accounting team during the closing process to confirm deadlines are met

- Other ad hoc projects as they arise or are assigned

Requirements

**Basic Qualifications:**
- 1-3 years of prior financial analyst experience
- Previous employment as a program finance analyst, cost analyst or pricing analyst
- Experience generating reports or invoices using Microsoft Excel
- Experience with financial modeling & reporting including pivot tables, SUMIF statements and VLOOKUPS
- Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude; ability to develop effective relationships to accomplish team goals
- Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a final DoD TS/SCI W/Poly SP Security Clearance. US Citizenship is required.
- Position will require in-office support in Hanover, MD two days per week.
**Desired Skills:**

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. **Benefits offered:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
