Reputable firm seeks a success-driven, VP of Finance with proven experience in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and analysis. PE Experience is REQUIRED. This VP of Finance will play a key role within the executive leadership team, responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring fiscal responsibility supports business growth. In this role, you will manage the payroll process, generate consolidated financial statements, assist with resolving debt transactions, managing the month-end process, monitoring cash to accrual accounting, analyzing financial performance, evaluating and optimizing financial systems, policies, and procedures for efficiency and scalability, collaborating with department leaders on budgeting and performance monitoring, and presenting financial reports and strategy updates to the board and/or stakeholders. This VP of Finance will retain constant awareness of the company's financial position ensuring all documents and filings meet federal and internal compliance obligations.
Primary Responsibilities
· Lead the finance and accounting teams, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance
· Analyze financial performance trends to provide insights and recommendations
· Manage relationships with auditors, banks and financial institutions
· Oversee risk management efforts, including insurance, legal compliance, and internal controls
· Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to ensure financial health
· Evaluate and optimize financial systems, policies, and procedures
· Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Requirements
The ideal VP of Finance will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
Other requirements for the VP of Finance role include and are not limited to:

**Scope of Responsibilities:**

**Education and Experience Required:**

  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Access and Power Point
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interface with others across all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of SAP and EPM a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

112,500- 161,700

**Position Title:** IT Finance Lead Specialist

**Duties:** Improve and re-design Finance processes as part of functional, IT transformation and corporate projects. Lead different types of projects and in all phases of them from front-end loading, blue-printing, designing, building, testing, change management, go-live and hyper-care. Partner with Finance, Businesses, and IT stakeholders to understand opportunities and lead creating robust business cases with Finance counterparts regarding new solutions and improve initiatives. Solve complex problems and take/propose new perspective on existing solutions. Exercise judgement based on analysis of multiple sources of information. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree (or a foreign equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Employer will accept five years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in lieu of Bachelor's degree and two years of experience. Must have two years of experience in each of the following skills: serving as Subject Matter Expert for SAP-FICO (General Ledger, Special Ledger, Controlling, profit Center accounting, Consolidation); providing recommendations for the selection and design of financial technology solutions; implementing and supporting financial technology solutions; overseeing project management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies; creating business operations processes, including analysis, design, and documentation; managing the selection, design and ongoing support of technology solutions; and SAP S/4 HANA implementing and maintaining the Finance eco-system.
**Offered Wage:** $135,000 - $165,000/year.

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for conducting and providing comparative analysis of actuals to budget, forecast, and prior year for the Supply Chain Function. The Senior Financial Analyst is also responsible for assisting in the development of business forecasts and budgeting and is involved in analysis of operating expenses of approximately $00M.

You will be working for the Senior Director of Finance Customer Logistics under general instructions and expected to determine how to accomplish the work assignments.You will work cross-functionally across the Supply Chain team including warehouse, transportation and logistics.

* Provides various performance analytics reports; compares actuals to budget, forecast, and prior year.

* Researches, interprets, develops, and recommends financial and accounting concepts and/or techniques for financial planning and budgeting.

* Develops an understanding of the key systems, concepts, and approaches used in the forecasting and budgeting process.

* Develops templates for cost center managers to load budgets and forecasts; partners with Managers to load budgets and forecasts to the planning system.

* Prepares training materials and conducts training to on use of financial planning systems

* Recommends and implements process improvement changes related to forecasting and budgeting.

* Develops multiple cross-functional relationships that prove critical in obtaining information to determine future financial performance.

* Assists in the development of the budgets, volume and expense planning, and other financial requirements.

* May perform other duties as required.
