Responsibilities include managing the general ledger, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with the month-end and year-end closing processes. You will also play a key role in supporting external audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed. The successful applicant will be proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel, with experience in ERP systems being a strong asset. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage the general ledger and perform accurate account reconciliations.
• Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support external auditors by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Analyze financial data and identify variances, trends, and potential issues.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare journal entries and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Improve financial reporting processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification or progress towards CPA is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
