We're seeking a Director of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting to lead SEC filings and technical accounting during a period of rapid growth. This high-impact role will partner with leadership across Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations and be crucial in building and managing a team of technical accountants and SEC reporting professionals.

What You'll Do

SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

• Lead preparation and filing of 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other SEC documents
• Draft and review MD&A, footnotes, and technical memos (e.g., M&A, leases, stock comp, revenue recognition)
• Oversee technical accounting research, policy development, and new pronouncement implementation
• Interface with external auditors and internal leadership to manage quarterly/year-end close and audits
• Maintain and evolve corporate accounting policies and SOX-compliant documentation
• Conducts in-depth research on complex accounting issues, interprets accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS), and documents conclusions in accounting position papers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Ten or more years of progressively responsible experience in the financial reporting field? proven understanding of accounting principles, GAAP; understanding of diverse accounting subject matter and reporting requirements
• Experience in financial reporting operations including annual financial statement preparation, monthly internal reporting, journal entries, account reconciliations and audit schedules
• Experience interfacing with and responding to auditors
