**Job Title: Sr. Analyst, Financial Reporting & Analysis**
**A little bit about our team:**
The Financial Analysis team supports a range of initiatives across all divisions. We are responsible for tracking operating performance, conducting market and competitive analysis, and delivering high-impact projects. The team leads reporting and analysis for all actuals, forecast, and budget cycles across Warner Music Group (WMG).
**Your role:**
In this role, you'll be at the heart of preparing and consolidating key financial reports that directly advise our leadership team, including the Board, CEO, CFO, and Controller. **Here you'll get to:**
+ Maintain recurring financial source files, primarily in Excel with HFM Smart View, used to consolidate actual and forecast data across divisions.
+ Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the Board of Directors, CEO, CFO, and Controller, including assembling data and formatting materials.
+ Support the monthly consolidation of segment results for comparison against budget, prior forecast, and prior year.
+ Track key monthly results, lead the financial reporting timeline, and schedule review meetings.
+ Partner with Investor Relations and External Reporting to help prepare the quarterly and annual earnings release and scripts by collecting inputs and reviewing consistency.
+ Support headcount tracking and other recurring reporting templates in coordination with teams.
+ Assist the Director and broader team on periodic competitive benchmarking and ad-hoc data compilation tasks.
**About you:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
+ 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, corporate finance, or accounting
+ Experience working at or with a large multinational corporation a plus
+ Proficient in Excel; experience with HFM Smart View or similar financial consolidation tools preferred
+ CPA preferred
+ Familiarity with general ledger structures and corporate reporting processes
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary Range
$85,000 to $95,000 Annually

Pay Transparency
At VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team. The base salary is market-driven at the time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $110,000 and $25,000 and is determined by several factors, including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography. There is a performance based bonus structure for the position that will bring the OTE (on target earnings) to 135,000 - 150,000 depending on the base salary agreed upon and achievement to goals.

NRDC is seeking an Associate, Financial Planning and Analysis to work with the Finance team in our NY office.
The Financial Planning and Analysis Team is part of the Accounting and Finance Department, which reports to the Chief Financial Officer. The team is responsible for the development of annual budgets and multi-year forecasts to support strategic decision making and resource allocation across the organization for both NRDC and NRDC Action Fund and the enhancement of NRDC's existing financial management framework, processes, and tools to meet the organization's evolving needs. In addition, the team provides ongoing reporting and analysis of NRDC's operating results to the Executive team and the Board of Trustees, and monitors and manages budget variances, liquidity position, and cash flows.
In addition to financial management functional expertise, the ideal candidate should have a continuous improvement mindset, and a stakeholder engagement, solution-driven orientation to help drive NRDC's increasing focus on more strategic, data-driven decision-making, risk management and predictive analysis and the alignment of resource allocation with strategic priorities.

ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning and Forecasting
- Support the annual budget process and forecasting including preparation and collection of budgets and forecast templates for use by budget owners and organizing financial information and inputs into financial systems
- Maintain approved budget adjustments and reforecast information in the financial systems; ensure that changes flow to end user systems and are timely and accurate
- Prepare and disseminate timely and accurate annual budgets to functional budget owners
Analysis and Reporting
- Assist with the production of the monthly and quarterly financial performance and budget reports.
- Monitor and report on occupancy and salary variances; work with HR to resolve headcount budget discrepancies and ensure relevant FTE updates are reflected across finance systems.
- Support analyses of historical budget data and help with providing trend analyses
- Prepare routine journal entries for reclass process
Budget Modifications and Approvals by Budget Committee
- Maintain, capture, and track budget committee requests, decisions, and supporting documentation throughout the year
- Ensure relevant impact to budgets are captured end to end across financial systems
Ad-Hoc Projects and Process Improvement
- Field ad-hoc requests and inquiries from the Finance team and Finance stakeholders
- Support with variety of other ad hoc analysis and organization reporting
- Update and document changes to standard operating procedures and system processes within FP&A
- Support the Finance team on key process improvement and enhancement initiatives led by senior Finance leadership.
Minimum Education & Experience
- BA/BS degree required. Advance degree in business related discipline, CPA, CMA, or CFA a plus
- 0-2 years of finance experience
- Non-profit experience is a plus.

- Possess strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of the Adaptive and Great Plains software is desirable.
- Ability to sort/mine large sets of data from multiple data sources to identify trends/variances
