About The RoleThe Sr. Business Analyst (Sr. BA) will perform analysis and deliver findings related to Reworld’s program of growth initiatives. This includes assembling and analyzing large sets of data, building financial models, analyzing markets (including competitor analysis) and creating presentations to deliver findings. This position will have a primary office located in Florham Park, NJ and will require some occasional travel to business units. The Sr. BA will work with senior management and participate in presentations at the senior management level.
Work Location: Florham Park, NJ
Work Schedule: 4 to 5 days a week in office (depending on need)
Responsibilities- Work with Business Development (BD) team to lead in creating and executing against a prioritized list of analytics projects in support of the overall Reworld growth plan.
- Build financial base models in Excel for new greenfield development projects to justify capital investments, in collaboration with the BD management team.
- Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations on findings and recommendations from analysis and FPP deliverables.
- Collaborate with Analysts across departments and IT resources to collect and assemble data sets as needed.
- Perform data analysis related to business objectives and initiatives from a business management perspective.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to perform and refine analysis.
- Travel to company field locations to gain understanding of the business and build relationships (limited).
- Bachelor’s degree required; bachelor’s in business/finance or a technical degree with a master’s in business is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced skills in Netsuite, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI, etc.
- Strong strategic thinker with a detail-oriented and creative problem-solving approach.
- Highly developed verbal/written communication and presentation skills.

- Perform ad hoc analyses, prepare various reports and presentations. Assist in the preparation of lease renewals and new store proformas; maintain real estate finance trackers and other finance related files; partner with Real Estate team on deliverable timelines.
- Process Analysis and Improvement: Through financial partnership with business partners, ensure teams are following appropriate Corp and Financial policies/processes. Alert management of potential areas of exposure or risk of proper compliance. Analyze existing processes and identify process improvement opportunities and provide support as new processes are coordinated and put in place within and across divisions. Build finance reporting that leverages systemic reporting and global standards for consistency. Assist in managing internal Real Estate reporting, project trackers and various adhoc projects. Support in creation and enhancement of presentations decks across all functions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Finance or Accounting experience; FP&A in a multinational or retail company preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Systems experience with SAP, Hyperion/Essbase, a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills are required

Position Overview
Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an ambitious and highly analytical person to join the Ralph Lauren North America Retail FP&A team. The individual will work together with key business partners to support the group's baseline financial operations including driving the budget, forecasting, monthly financial close and reporting processes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: P&L Management Assist / partner with accounting on monthly close, forecasting, and reporting objectives for North America Hospitality and Brand Image. Analyze operating results against budgets and prior year (variance analyses) and compile all deliverables per monthly timelines. Responsibilities
- Assists the legal team by tracing, reviewing, and analyzing financial records from investigations to determine the source and delivery of funds, and the nature and volume of transactions. This includes understanding account relationships, following criminal proceeds and identifying assets and funds that meet thresholds and legal requirements for forfeiture.
- Assists prosecutors in preparing for court proceedings by developing legal theories for forfeiture and preparing exhibits, charts, and abstracts of the financial evidence.

Requirements
