**Overview**
We are excited to announce we are hiring **Training Subject Matter Expert (SME)** . This role is ideal for individuals with strong knowledge and performance in their current program who are passionate about supporting others during training.
The SME will serve as a key support resource to the Trainer, contributing expertise, assisting new hires, and helping ensure a smooth and effective learning experience.
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor and track daily attendance for training participants
+ Keep a close watch on BHive for updates, messages, and engagement
+ Track agent certification progress, if applicable
+ Monitor agent logins and AUX codes in Genesys and Pulse systems
+ Observe and provide feedback during simulated practice sessions and fishbowls
+ Document agent learning behaviors and participation trends
+ Collaborate with the Support Team to recap daily training progress and concerns
+ Assist in troubleshooting system or technical issues during training
+ Support the Trainer in maintaining a focused and structured training environment
+ Take initiative and provide assistance wherever needed to ensure a smooth training experience

**Expectations:**
The SME will collaborate closely with the assigned Trainer, Vendor, and UHC Support team to fulfill classroom responsibilities. Active engagement is expected through participation in class activities, providing guidance, and motivating agents throughout the training. SMEs may also be asked to provide support before or after scheduled class hours, as needed.

+ Has recent documented knowledge and experience with DoD and USMC installation access control policy, guidance, procedures, and systems.
