The Role :
We’re looking for a visionary and execution-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and help us take Zubale to the next level. This role is for a true builder — someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and has a proven track record of executing M&A strategies from the buy side. You must be a great team player and people leader.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead Zubale’s financial strategy, planning, M&A and forecasting across all markets
- Create and drive M&A strategy : identify, evaluate, structure, and execute acquisitions to accelerate growth and strategic positioning
- Own capital raising initiatives, investor relations, and board communications
- Optimize profitability, cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation decisions
- Oversee financial operations including accounting, FP&A, tax, compliance, and treasury
- Develop scalable financial systems, internal controls, and KPIs to support international growth and operations across 6 different markets
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to execute our multi-year vision
- Lead and grow a high-performing finance organization across multiple geographies
What We’re Looking For :
Required :
- M&A experience with a strong track record on the buy side with multiple deals and geographies
- 10+ years of Investment banking or finance leadership roles in face paced environments
- Experience in multi-country operations , with different regulatory frameworks
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re looking to transition into entrepreneurship as builder and doer
- Clear communicator, analytical thinker, and trusted partner to the CEO and Board
- Fluent in 2 / 3 : English, Spanish and / or Portuguese

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred)

Job SummaryThe Manager of Finance and Resource Management has a key role in establishing, implementing and executing the financial processes and contracting support for SCH IS Department. This position oversees budgetary requirements and execution tracking of both operating & capital expenses. This position is the key liaison with Corporate Finance and Accounting, Materials Management, Contracting, Human Resources and Packard 3.0 Finance. This position will also manage staff. This position leads the financial and resource planning across the department and is responsible for budget tracking and forecast control for all IS projects & departmental expenditures, staffing and contract commitments.
Essential FunctionsEmployees must abide by all Joint Commission Requirements including but not limited to sensitivity to cultural diversity, patient care, patient rights and ethical treatment, safety and security of physical environments, emergency management, teamwork, respect for others, participation in ongoing education and training, communication and adherence to safety and quality programs, sustaining compliance with National Patient Safety Goals, and licensure and health screenings.
Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the hospitals policies and procedures, including its Service Standards and its Code of Conduct.
- Analyzes operating expenses, general ledger, and productivity reports to assess variances and/or monitor trends for overall IS Department.
- Supports the IS Leadership team and, in conjunction with CIDO, CTO, Associate CIO, Medical Director, Directors, and Managers, reviews, evaluates and develops plans to manage operating costs and corrective action to projected variances.
- Leads the annual budget planning process for IS related services. Develops and implements operating and capital budgets for IS Department.
- Establishes financial model to forecast and analyze IS trends, commitments, and expenditures. Prepares and presents reports on findings and follows up on agreed to action steps.
- Manages department staff resourcing by preparing PRC's and CRC's, tracking positions and working with HR to ensure timely turnaround.
- Establishes business controls that ensure all aspects of the financial management process are performed appropriately.
- Produces financial, staffing and contracts dashboards and report metrics to both internal and external groups.
- Directs business planning and forecasting, financial model, and contracts in conjunction with IS Leadership.
- Prepares and/or reviews financial data/information (e.g. analysis, impact, liability, summary) included in contracts, business plans, proposals, presentations, general policies, etc. utilizing the advice and approval of legal counsel, regulatory agencies and administration as needed.
- Responsible for developing and analyzing IS benchmark data for Children's Hospital Association, HISEA, and other national organizations/studies.
- Performs purchase order and invoice review to ensure timely payment process and vendor management.
- Manages and leads a highly effective team.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field. Preferred MBA.
Experience: Five (5) years of progressively responsible directly related work experience.
License/Certification: None

Pay RangeCompensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Minimum to Midpoint Range (1.0 FTE): $166,670.40 to $221,010.40
