**Key Responsibilities**
+ Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media and speaking engagements).
+ Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
+ Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
+ Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.

+ As an associate, you are required to complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

The Financial Supervisor will manage the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) team, serving as the first line of defense for any questions or issues. This role includes handling senior duties such as preparing monthly AP/AR reports and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). The position also involves working closely with senior financial leadership to manage the General Ledger (GL) and playing a part in optimizing the processes and functionality of the new ERP system, Unanet.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the AP and AR/Billing team of 8 people.

+ Monitor AP/AR KPIs.
+ Complete the monthly reporting package.
+ Monitor credit card expense reporting.

Essential Skills
+ Strong experience in GL, AP, and AR accounting.
+ Understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and accrual-based accounting.
+ Familiarity with fixed assets.
+ Supervisory experience, which can include dotted line supervisory roles as a senior or lead.

Work Environment
