Operations The Area Food Services Manager will help run our business by overseeing all operations in multiple restaurants. Job Functions:

Coaching & Development
- Address employee issues in an appropriate and timely manner. Collaborate with District Manager as necessary to manage employee issues
- Develop an effective succession plan that leads to internal promotions
- Recognize and resolve customer issues or complaints by determining optimal solutions in a timely manner
- Ensure that all employees follow Loves safety procedures while using a sharp knife, a food slicer, toaster, oven, fryers, and other food preparation tools and appliances
- Responsible for protecting company assets with various audit processes and ensure that all cash handling and Loves policies and procedures are being followed by all employees
- Proactively seek personal learning and development opportunities
Experience and Qualifications
- 5+ years in a restaurant management position required
Skills and Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk and hear
- Requires standing and walking, with some bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing
