The CHS Food Service Assistant will help enable the nourishment and sustenance of young children with healthy meals to deliver a high-quality experience in line with CHS' mission. - Attending periodic meetings to review the menu, catering, and techniques of the food service facility
- Completing dining room check lists and waste tracking sheets
- Performing dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation needs to enhance the well-being of children and staff
- Removing trash from kitchen and service area
- Complying with departmental HACCP/Food Safety procedures and initiatives, applicable State health requirements to maintain integrity of the food and prevent food borne illness to children, staff, and guests
