What you'll do on a typical day:
+ Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight
+ Use appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jack and forklift
+ Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies
+ Work in a safe, efficient manner, adhering to company safety policies
+ Use mobile handheld devices to scan and track shipments
+ Work on a dock that is not climate-controlled for extended periods
Forklift Operators are required to:
+ Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights (frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally greater than 70 lbs.)
+ Safely walk and stand for extended periods on a loading dock that is not climate-controlled and may be slippery
+ Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel as necessary

Under general supervision, the Forklift Operator will ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food products utilizing equipment including, but not limited to, sit down and stand-up forklifts, high-reach forklifts, stand-up straddle trucks, walk behinds, pallet jacks, double pallet jacks and radio frequency equipment.
What You'll Do:
• Efficiently and safely load and unload freight using proper equipment to move products to storage throughout facility.
• Effectively stack and store merchandise, pick and assemble orders for shipment, check freight for accuracy, damage, and infestation, while labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as directed by management.
• In compliance with OSHA standards, operate equipment (sit down and stand-up forklifts, high-reach forklifts, stand-up straddle trucks, walk behinds, single/double pallet jacks and RF scanners) in a manner that promotes safety.
• Must be able to meet production standards while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
• Perform other duties such as inventory, cleaning, or forklift battery changes and may be required to perform other duties outside of normal responsibilities as needed.

Essential Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate D9 / 10 dozers equipped with GPS to meet production targets.
- Conduct pre-trip and walk-around safety inspections, completing daily Field Level Hazard Assessments.
- Maintain heavy equipment in optimal operating condition by monitoring shanks, rollers, and undercarriage wear, and promptly reporting any maintenance issues.
- Demonstrate familiarity with managing dumps and maintaining leach fields and berms.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members.
- Lead by example in safety and productivity, ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of dozer operation experience in a surface mining environment.
- Knowledge of safe and productive operation of heavy mining equipment.
- Current MSHA p.48 surface, metal/nonmetal certification is an asset.
Work Conditions
- Project to commence October 2025.
- Work schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off; Monday to Friday with weekends off.
- Site-based position with the opportunity for long-term employment.
- Night shift opportunities may also be available.

International is hiring experienced warehouse Material Handlers
Starting Pay: $18.50/hour
6 Months Pay Progression: $9.20/hour
12 Months Pay Progression: 19.90/hour
500 Sign-On Bonus (After 120 days of successful employment)
Benefits Begin on Day 1 of Employment
Schedule: Monday through Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm.
All teammates must be willing to work overtime if needed. Overtime is scheduled Monday through Friday 7:00am - 9:00am and/or Saturday and Sunday 6:00am - 11:00am/2:30pm.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating RAVING FANS of our customers this includes receiving, binning, picking, packing, and shipping customers' orders in a safe, productive, and error-free manner. You may operate various pieces of equipment including Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Stand-up Dock Trucks. This position requires you to lift (up) to 50lb. regularly, and includes stooping, walking and standing for long periods of time.

+ High School Diploma or GED
