Fast-paced, physical position that gets you up and moving. Work within one of the distribution center departments to fold, tag, apply hangers and package apparel to meet customer demands or utilize non-powered equipment to load/unload and transport materials between warehouse areas. Prefer six months material handling experience.
Shifts & Pay
- Day Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM ($17.00 per hour )
- Afternoon Shift: Monday – Friday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM ($8.00 per hour )
- Evening Shift: Sunday – Thursday 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM ($17. 5per hour )
- Overtime is mandatory when required to meet production(shift may start early, end late or require weekend work)

MOBIS North America electrified Powertrain LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are vital parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly. The starting base rate of pay will be $21.33 per hour. Based on MOBIS performance policy, once being hired, team members who demonstrate advanced skills may qualify for a higher level of pay in the future.
Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to pass and maintain powered equipment (forklift, etc.) certification which includes following all safety protocols, inspections, training, and recertification.
- Utilize SAP transactions with 100% compliance throughout the warehouse and production movement process.
- Move material from the warehouse to the production lines in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor production line Kanban. When triggers are reached, replenish targeted materials.
- Retrieve any empty material carts from production and return to warehouse for replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with the Logistics Supervisor regarding approvals as well as inventory deviations. Some documented reporting will be required.
- Continually review count findings, formulate improvements, and submit to the Logistics Supervisor for approval of actions.
- Identify and report any defects whether inbound or within the movement process immediately to the Logistics Supervisor and Logistics Team Lead.
- Read, understand, and follow all policies within the training program and employee handbook.
- Report any safety violations to supervisor or team lead immediately.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean workspace.
- Collaborate with Unloader for staging inbound material to unpacking areas to create a more seamless process.
- Correct any Inbound receipts that are not aligned to physical receipt. Must be able to troubleshoot systematic issues.
- Other duties may be required.
