We're currently hiring a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our inpatient team at Frederick Health Hospital in Frederick, MD.
Eligible for a sign-on bonus!
What You Can Expect
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Weekends: Minimum requirement of 1 weekend per month
- Holidays: One major and one minor holiday per year

You'll be part of a large, experienced team treating a wide range of patients, including those with orthopedic, neurological, behavioral health, and critical care needs. - Conduct classroom observations and functional behavioral assessments.
- Conduct community outreach.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in team meetings.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and support staff as requested.
- Provide Crisis Intervention for students, staff, and families.
- Work with the school psychologist, counselors, and social workers.
- Provide family support and liaison service with other agencies on behalf of the family.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services.
- Meet weekly with the Interdynamics Clinical Supervisor.
- Inform the Clinical Supervisor of all absences and breaks in services by Position Contract Specifications.
