Paula's Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields, graduated between May 2023 - September 2025, or within the last 24 months.
- Programming experience with at least one modern language, such as Java, C++, or C#, emphasizing object-oriented design.
- Strong knowledge in computer science fundamentals including object-oriented design and problem-solving techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with complex software systems delivered to customers.
- Knowledge of software engineering practices for the software development life cycle.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and management.

The base pay for this position ranges from $99,500 to $200,000 annually, depending on geographic location and relevant experience. Additional forms of compensation may include equity and sign-on payments, alongside comprehensive medical and financial benefits.
