Rotating weekend call along with rotating holiday call is also required. Overtime may be required depending on the schedule.Job Summary:Full time position in the Cardiac Cath lab. Working with the providers for all Cardiac cases involving the heart. Including, but not limited to: R/LHC, PCI,s EMBX, CTO /CHIP procedures, ASD / PFO procedures, structural heart (TAVRS / Mitral Clips, TMVRS), etc. Will also Learn Electrophysiology procedures. Must be able to wear lead, work as a team, and display professional behavior in a sometimes-stressful environment. Must be flexible in a patient centric environment. Job Summary:

At the direction of a radiologist or other providers, prepares patients and performs radiographic procedures in diagnostic radiology and operates imaging equipment. Performs diagnostic studies according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols while utilizing appropriate radiation protection measures. Adheres to organizational customer service standards and supports the organizational excellence initiatives. Provides positive and effective interaction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff. Performs ancillary services and assists in patient care areas as necessary. Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

One year of current clinical experience in diagnostic radiology is preferred. Clinical student experience may be considered in lieu of one year of current clinical experience.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program is required. An additional 1-2 years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field is preferred but not required.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Self-motivated; ability to organize and prioritize well; ability to remain flexible and to reorganize priorities when emergencies arise.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Successful completion of Techniques in Central Service or a course in Operating Room Technology is preferred.
