About Us

We are a fast-growing fulfillment and logistics company serving both U.S. and international markets. At our East Hanover facility, we operate dual fulfillment operations:

  • Dedicated Program Fulfillment -– handling kitting and B2C/B2B fulfillment for large-scale customers.

  • Multi-Client Fulfillment -– serving multiple customers on Shiphero warehouse management platform.
The Role

We are seeking a Fulfillment & Logistics Manager to take full ownership of our East Hanover operations. This individual will oversee multiple supervisors and ensure our fulfillment, kitting, and logistics services are executed with excellence, scalability, and compliance.

This is a hands-on leadership role -— you will not be picking or packing daily orders, but you will be expected to set direction, create processes, hold teams accountable, and step in when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage fulfillment supervisors (currently 2, but growing) across both fulfillment programs.
  • Ensure day-to-day operations are executed smoothly, with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and SLA compliance .
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, pallet mislocations, and process gaps stemming from the warehouse transition.
  • Establish, track, and report on KPIs : inventory accuracy, pick/pack productivity, kitting project efficiency, space utilization, labor cost per order, and shipping performance.
  • Drive long-term planning, workflow design, and process improvements across both business lines.
  • Recruit, train, and develop key personnel as needed to support growth.
  • Act as the communication bridge with building management to ensure compliance and coordination.
  • Prepare operational reports and updates for top management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple supervisors and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong background in inventory control, kitting projects, and technology-driven fulfillment (WMS experience required, Shiphero experience is a plus).
  • Demonstrated success in building processes, establishing KPIs, and reporting performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, solutions-oriented, but capable of managing through supervisors rather than doing it all directly.
Why Join Us?
  • Be a key leader in a growing company with international reach.
  • Shape operations at a strategic level while staying connected to daily execution.
  • Work in a dynamic, multi-client environment with room for professional growth.
  • Competitive salary and long-term opportunity for advancement.
