Be a part of our Order Fulfillment Team. Our Order Fulfillment Team is focused on delivering a quality product experience that customers continue to love. Work alongside our Quality Control, Engineering, Design, and Customer Happiness teams across the world.

Your role will consist of:

• Fulfilling the day's orders (picking and packing)
• Managing inventory and supplies
• Working with our latest products and designs
• Communicating with our Australian team to coordinate shipments
• Planning and time management
• Completing simple tasks, and errands when needed
• Special projects to improve the warehouse
• Developing leadership skills

This position includes written correspondence with customers. Therefore you must be able to communicate in English and perform all tasks independently and efficiently.

Summary

The Drafter will create detailed technical drawings and plans for playground equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and design specifications. Responsibilities include collaborating with Design Technician's and Product Designers to develop precise CAD drawings and Installation Sheets, reviewing designs for accuracy, and making necessary revisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Autodesk Inventor software, a strong understanding of engineering principles. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential for success in this role.

2. Maintain our process and drawing criteria. Create and maintain manufacturing drawings.
3. Create and maintain installation sheets including, parts lists, written installation instructions, material specifications, visual attachment and footer details used for field installation, CNC programming files.

5. Coordinate with the different departments for CNC programming.

+ Maintains records of customer and/or client interactions, records details, complaints, comments, andaction taken. Responds to escalated inquiries or to notify them of investigation results and plannedadjustments.
+ Continues to look for ways to improve current processes with enhancements and ideas.
+ Monitors team member performance by observing employee demeanor, technical accuracy, andconformity to company policies. Improves performance of the department by building team morale,motivating team members, and using constructive coaching.
+ Identifies areas where additional development is needed and makes recommendations on how toachieve necessary results.
+ Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company and facilitypolicies and procedures. Maintains standards of performance in accordance with policies andprocedures (e.g., HIPAA guidelines/regulations, insurance, and fraud abuse guidelines, requiredproductivity levels, timeliness expectations, etc.).
