**Job Summary**
**Summary:** Directs, coordinates and evaluates assigned kitchen, food production and food-service associates.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Supervises, coordinates and participates in activities of cooks and other associates engaged in preparing, cooking and serving food. Ensures all food handling, sanitation and customer service standards are met.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Demonstrate proficiency in the performance of all diagnostic and fluoroscopic examinations and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of pediatric immobilization devices adhering to safety precautions.
• Must prepare or enter written documentation as required by the Department, such as informed patient consent, patient chart documentation, and other related duties.
• Perform portable and operating room examinations in a timely and professional manner, must observe sterile and aseptic techniques when necessary.
• Check equipment supplies and accessories on a regular basis.

• Observes bio-safety and radiation safety rules and regulations.
• Responsibilities and duties may be added, changed or deleted at any time at the discretion of the Assistant Director of Radiology or the Director of Radiology, either verbally or in writing.
• Performs related duties in PACS.
• Responsible for knowing and adhering to established hospital/department policies and procedures, including all aspects of safety.
