Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.

• Properly use and take care of equipment.
• Attend meetings, classes and receive training as assigned by the Environmental Manager.
• Follow Residents' Rights policies at all times.

Job Description
The position assists with various clerical, administrative and customer service tasks, in addition to other duties, in the fast-paced, daily operation of a service center.
Responsibilities
* The position involves regular communication with customers and ABF Freight management to ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight and complete customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience:
* Experience in the transportation industry is preferred.
* Experience in billing, collections, tracing, ten-key and OS&D.
Computer Skills:
* Good typing/data entry and clerical skill, preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook), preferred
Additional Requirements:
* Good verbal and written communication skills, required
* Must be able to follow instructions and procedures, required
* Must be organized and able to multi-task and prioritize workload, required
* Must manage time efficiently and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines, required
