**Job Summary**
**Summary:** Keeps buildings clean and orderly. Performs heavy cleaning duties, including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.

St. Croix Health is currently seeking full-time (0.8 FTE) Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team. This position will work Monday through Friday, day shift. Will work in both Infusion locations: St. Croix Falls and Frederic.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed healthcare professional who delivers therapeutic, patient- and family-centered care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. The RN conducts comprehensive nursing assessments including physical, psychosocial, functional, and educational readiness evaluations to inform individualized care plans. The RN develops, implements, and continuously evaluates these plans to support effective treatment, safe discharge planning, and continuity of care. The RN delegates and supervises care in accordance with the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act, applying clinical judgment and ethical decision-making. The rehabilitation team at Good Samaritan seeks to hire a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The position is full time, 40 hours per week, M-F. Therapy treats long-term care residents and short-term rehab for many conditions including: neurological conditions, orthopedic, and balance/falls/gait. Flexible schedule, no nights, or weekends.





PTA hourly wage: $4.PT hourly wage: 37.Assists patients/residents/clients with therapy activities and exercises scheduled in a treatment plan, under the supervision of a physical therapist, to improve patients'/residents'/clients' quality of life and ability to perform daily activities. Provides, monitors and records therapy services to patients/residents/clients with physical, cognitive, developmental impairments, in line with related standard concepts, practices and procedures. The physical therapist assistant selects, implements, and makes modifications to therapeutic activities and interventions that are consistent with demonstrated competency levels, patient's/resident's/client's goals, and the requirements of the practice setting and/or state licensure. Contributes to this process by exchanging information with and providing documentation to the physical therapist about the patient's/resident's/client's responses to and communications during intervention. Responsible for being knowledgeable about the patient's/resident's/client's targeted physical therapy outcomes and for providing information and documentation related to outcome achievement. Based on facility needs and assigned locations, may focus on those receiving intervention in the post-acute, long term care and home health care environments.





Must also be a graduate through an approved American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) program as a Physical Therapist Assistant.





Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state(s) of practice. Conforms to the supervision and licensing standards of the state(s) where services are provided.
