Shift/Positions Needed:

Full-Time: Shift Varies | 9:00AM - 5:30PM | 30 - 40 hours per week

Position Summary:

Cleans and prepares guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel standards.

  • Prepares bed and bath linens
  • Cleans and straightens room
  • Cleans bathrooms, tubs, toilets
  • Displays and replaces amenities and promotional materials
  • Orders repairs as appropriate
  • Returns articles left in rooms to Lost and Found
  • Maintains supplies necessary to clean rooms efficiently
  • Keeps supply cart stocked
  • Organizes and cleans linen closet removes soiled, torn or worn linens
  • Notifies Housekeeping Department of stock shortages and/or malfunctioning equipment
  • Adheres to hotel policies and procedures
  • Attends work on time as scheduled
  • Follows safety and security rules and procedures

Requirements/Skills:

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year hospitality experience in housekeeping

**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
