Springhill Suites Augusta is looking for a few dedicated, hard-working housekeepers to join our team. The starting pay is 12.50 per hour. After a positive 30-day review, you can earn a .50 raise to 13 per hour! Then, after a positive 90-day review, you can get an additional 1 raise and earn up to 14 per hour! We’re in search of a housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, ironing sheets, and other general cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team player, and a highly organized professional.

$1 .50 - 14 hourly

• Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Reply to general questions guests have during their stay
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel’s standards before guests arrive
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
• Manage the cleanliness of common spaces such as the hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby

• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
• Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Clean teeth and remove deposits beneath gum margins.
• Identify and assess conditions such as gingivitis and periodontitis.
• Apply fluoride and other agents to prevent cavities.
• Chart conditions for diagnosis and assist the dentist with treatment planning.
• Present treatment plans and educate patients on oral health maintenance.
• Take dental x-rays, impressions, and keep accurate patient records.
• Build rapport with patients and communicate effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene.
• X-ray certification and CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of Denticon is a plus but not required (training provided), and extensive HIPAA knowledge.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to starting.
