RECRUITER TRAINEE PROGRAM
Our training and advancement programs are designed to educate recruiters on the healthcare industry, advance their ability to build great relationships, promote leadership and motivational skills, and prepare for the next step. The Recruiter Trainee Program, for the first 13 weeks of employment, is a comprehensive training program that is designed to develop the fundamental skills of a recruiter: sourcing, screening, selecting and placing. New recruiters learn from an experienced leader and existing team members to ensure they have the knowledge, tools, and resources to be successful. Recruiter Trainees are considered non-exempt employees and compensated at an hourly rate during the training period.

TEAM-ORIENTED OFFICE STRUCTURE

The Recruiter Trainee will participate in a formal training period that consists of compliance, sales techniques, HR processing, company organization and basic recruitment tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Assists and observe the Recruiters in the branch office
+ Completes Amergis Recruiter Trainee E-Learning training module assigned each week
+ Completes Amergis Recruiter Lead Program curriculum
+ Assists with answering in-coming telephone calls from Healthcare professionals (HCP) and School Based Professionals (SBP) and Clients
+ Reviews the client list and become familiar with the facility requirements
+ Reviews the HCP/SBP roster and learn about each modality and familiarize with each of their skillsets
+ Reviews the types of healthcare licenses held by our HCP/SBP and learn the differences
+ May begin to contact candidates about opportunities with Amergis
+ Reviews the on-boarding work flow and become familiar with Amergis requirements and processes
+ Must successfully complete the Recruiter training program within the designated time period in order to be promoted to a Recruiter position
+ Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
+ Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or licensed RN
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Results driven, sense of urgency, and high standard of professionalism

DEFINITION:
The Paraeducator, Behavior Interventionist, under the direction of the Coordinator of Special
Education, assists a teacher in providing instruction to behaviorally challenged individuals or
small groups of students; monitors, redirects and modifies student progress regarding
inappropriate behaviors and performance; assists in meeting special needs which may include
feeding and toileting students; administers Intensive Behavior Intervention programs to
identified special education students; performs a variety of clerical duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Assists in providing instruction to behaviorally challenged individuals or small
groups of students. Tutors individuals or small groups of students, reinforcing
instruction as directed by the teacher.
• Administers one-to-one Intensive Behavior Intervention to students in a school or
home setting; participates in Intensive Behavior Intervention in-services.
• Collects data and records anecdotal student progress notes; maintains behavioral
charting data.
• Monitors and assists special education students in prescribed learning activities.
• Monitors, observes and reports behavior of students according to approved
procedures; reports progress regarding student performance and behavior.
• Assists students and parents by providing proper examples, emotional support, a
friendly attitude and general guidance.
• Communicates with teachers regarding the individual needs of special education
students; provides input regarding student progress.
• Confers with teachers, as needed, concerning programs and materials to meet student
needs.
• Assures the health and safety of students by following health and safety practices and
regulations.
• Assists special education students in learning proper personal hygiene and in

• Assists students with personal hygiene; washes hands and faces; monitors individual

Oracle BI Developer
Minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience
REQUIREMENTS
a. Experience as a BI Developer for a school district, with a specialty in Oracle BI applications
b. Knowledge of RPD metadata i.e. customized analytics repository, designing physical layer, developing BMM and presentation layers, setting up LDAP Authentication and developing dynamic and interactive dashboards.
c. Experience managing ETL, and writing and deploying code for the LAUSD applications MyData, MyTeam, Central Office, CASE, Unified Enrollment Project, SchoolMint, or Student Survey.
d. Experience with the Oracle products OBIEE, OBIA, or Oracle BI Publisher.
e. Experience and knowledge in developing dimensional hierarchies, design data model to support multiple Enterprise Data Management reports.
C. DELIVERABLES
The proposed resource shall perform the following duties, including but not limited to: shall be provided at the request of the District. Specific duties will include the following:
a. Develop Oracle SQL queries and PL/SQL packages for the Unified Enrollment School Mint tool.
b. Analyze, troubleshoots, and identifies Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code bugs on Oracle database 12c or higher for the Unified Enrollment project
c. Analyze, troubleshoots, and identifies OBIEE report bugs for for MyData, MyTeam, Central Office, CASE
d. Develop new reports and dashboards for MyData, MyTeam, Central Office, CASE projects using OBIEE 12c
e. Enhance existing reports and dashboards using OBIEE 12c or higher for MyData, MyTeam, Central Office, CASE
f. Manage the OBIEE Web Catalog for MyData, MyTeam, Central Office, CASE
g. Training and/or knowledge transfer
h. Other duties as assigned
