Overview
The IT Systems Engineer I provides technical services and support for BTC's servers, cloud platforms, mobile devices, and virtual desktops. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and configuring Active Directory, managing user accounts and security, installing and upgrading hardware and software, and automating server processes. The role also covers administering domain and email services, supporting cloud technologies like Azure and Office 365, deploying mobile platforms, managing virtual desktops, documenting procedures, and ensuring maintenance for enterprise antivirus and application deployments.
