**What you'll do**
+ Perform quality inspections during the installation process and final inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
+ Identify and document non-conformance issues, and report them to Site Leads or Project Managers for resolution
+ Ensure that all required testing is completed according to specifications and record the results accurately
+ Perform basic maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment to ensure it remains functional
+ Follow established quality control procedures and assist in updating them as directed by management
+ Help train and support less experienced team members on standard quality control procedures and practices
+ Address basic customer inquiries related to quality concerns and ensure that issues are reported for further review
+ Make minor adjustments and corrections in the field as necessary to address quality issues
+ Handle small material orders to keep projects on track and ensure timely completion
+ Work overtime, travel, handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed, and adapt to varying weather conditions, along with other tasks as assigned
**What you'll need**

+ Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
+ Five years quality control experience
+ Knowledge and understanding of the telecommunication construction industry standard practices
+ Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation

**Overview**
Stryten Energy in Manchester, IA is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill Production Operator positions in our production departments. Successful candidates must have mechanical ability and accurate math and measurement skills. You should be able to control output of various machines in order to produce quality parts that are within required specifications. You need to meet or exceed production quantity goals set forth each day. And, candidates should have the ability to work in a team based manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**
+ Work with the line team to meet the daily production.
+ Will be required to do first piece inspection during the 1st hour of the day at their assigned station.
+ Meet daily production schedule.
+ Fill out necessary documentation
+ Must be able to understand and communicate with all employees to receive training instruction and perform responsibilities.
+ Must learn to follow quality control specs and procedures. Maintain accurate and timely SPC charts.
+ Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
+ Perform testing as required.
+ Perform weekly preventive maintenance on machine
+ Will be exposed to lead (dust, fumes, and molten form) and other hazards.
+ Must comply with safety and health regulations for the protection of self and co-workers.
+ Follow Excel lean Manufacturing Procedures.
+ Must comply with current Quality Systems Requirements
+ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**
Physical Requirements:
+ Continuous standing, lifting, bending, and twisting
+ Occasionally required to work in extreme environmental conditions (hot, cold, humid)
+ Must wear personal protective equipment such as gloves, respirator, safety glasses, and steel toed shoes, hearing protection, etc., as outlined in established department PPE policy.
+ Must be able to do some heavy lifting.
Equipment Used:
+ Small hand tools, control panels, data collection equipment.
+ Molds for heat seal machine and small hand tools, control panels, data collection equipment.
Education, Experience, Skills Required:
+ Mechanical aptitude required.
+ Previous manufacturing experience helpful.
+ Computer literate.
+ Must achieve passing score on pre-employment assessment
+ GED or High School Diploma preferred but not required.

Key responsibilities
A.Essential Functions:
Safely performs setup and operates computer-controlled equipment or more mechanically based machines in a food processing plant, including, but not limited to dehulling equipment, forklift, extrusion, bucket elevators, dryers, roll mills, stretch wrappers.
Understands the manufacturing process. Converts raw materials and other tangible items into finished products, and meets production targets. Monitors machine parameters and troubleshoots processing problems.
Receives food items, assists in unloading food items from delivery vehicles, and ensures that all food items received are of good quality and appropriate quantity.
Prepares and examines material for processing. Takes hourly readings of temperatures, amps, pressures of various equipment. Ensures raw materials are fed into the machines and that the machines run smoothly and efficiently.
Package and palletize 50 lb. Bags.
Accurately record production information into SAP. Follow all safety policies and rules. Identifies and reports safety concerns to leadership in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and make accurate decisions to make equipment adjustments to keep food safe in accordance with Kerry GMP and HACCP policies, rules and guidelines.
HACCP knowledge a plus.
Follow all quality standards including sanitizing hands, wearing provided uniforms and boots, following all GMPs.
