Job Description Summary:
The Respiratory Technician administers diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to facilitate the patient's breathing. He/she evaluates the respiratory care for appropriateness and effectiveness and communicates findings/results to other healthcare professionals.Responsibilities And Duties:
Prepares for patient treatment; receives orders from Physicians for treatment; reviews requests to determine requirements for treatments; prioritizes work assignments; gathers necessary materials and equipment transports to patient's bedside' prepares medications; explains treatment and breathing procedures to patient; follows protocols.Administers all respiratory care provided by department: administers MDI, medication nebulization, posture drainage, positive pressure breathing, mechanical ventilation, oxygen and aerosol therapy, incentive spirometry, etc. observes patient during treatments; performs auscultation, checks pulse, and respiratory rate; notifies Medical or Nursing personnel of any adverse reactions; records pertinent data on patient charts; carries out interventions appropriate to patient age, sex, physical and developmental needs; could assist with trauma, bronchoscopies, and critical care transports; provides neonatal respiratory care.
Performs invasive procedures such as suctioning and arterial blood gas sampling/analysis to ensure proper airway function and to provide relevant diagnostic data.
Perform evaluation: performs patient assessments and assigns appropriate care plans; reevaluates patients as scheduled; discusses care plans with Physicians.
Maintains assortment of equipment to assure proper function; troubleshoots equipment problems and performs quality controls.

This role will serve as the primary advisor to the Product, Policy and Compliance teams at Coinbase for all global public advocacy initiatives. This role will require product counseling, and advising on government business, campaign finance, and other regulatory compliance matters. This role will not engage in policy analysis.
*What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):*
* Advise on the full scope of political law issues, including campaign finance, lobbying registration and reporting, and pay-to-play rules
* Support our Policy and Executive Team on strategic government affairs initiatives across the globe
* Coordinate with the Compliance team to advise on corporate political activities
* Provide counseling for the full product life-cycle, from ideation and development to launch, operation and sunset.
* Ensure product compliance with applicable U.S. and international political laws and regulations, in close collaboration with cross-functional colleagues in Legal and the Compliance team
*What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):*
* 8+ years of experience directly advising Government Affairs, Government Relations and/or Policy teams on compliance with US political laws
* The ability to issue spot and provide targeted, practical guidance
* You are comfortable with risk-adjusted thinking, and can understand when interpretive flexibility is warranted
* Ability to work closely with Policy, Product, and Compliance teams to build a trusted relationship
* Comfortable working flexibly and independently in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment, which is subject to regulatory scrutiny, and Coinbase's high standards
* Willingness to roll up sleeves (no job too big, no job too small)
* Juris doctor from accredited law school required
* Member of a US state bar in good standing
*Nice to haves:*
* Enthusiasm for and a basic understanding of crypto
* Knowledge of international political laws
* Knowledge of US and international privacy, intellectual property, and financial services laws
* Experience supporting marketing teams and marketing campaigns

Pay Range:
$224,995-$264,700 USD
