Job Description: The Director of Government Relations will develop and implement the overall engagement strategy with all levels of government across all SSR Mining jurisdictions. Our Government Pricing Analyst will support key strategic business opportunities through pricing and costing analyses for WPS's new and existing federal government contracts and the Data Logistics line of business. The role assists in pricing negotiations with government agencies and monitors contract modifications to ensure that pricing adjustments are accurately implemented. This position is part of the finance team and reports to the Director of Government Pricing. The Government Pricing Analyst will regularly collaborate both the federal and data logistics lines of business, as well as other shared service functions such as accounting, contracts, FP&A, etc.
Salary Range

$65,000 ~ 90,000 The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and may fall outside of this range.

Work Location

Our first consideration will be to have this new employee live in the state of Wisconsin to take advantage of Hybrid work and collaboration. Employees within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters ( 1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI) will be expected to be able to be able to work Hybrid, onsite 2 days a week on a regular basis.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Develops strategic direction for capture administration, driving proposal development operations, presentations and communications to produce high-quality marketplace proposals.
+ Works with management and leadership to proactively deliver compliant qualified proposals and strategies
+ Manages all aspects of proposal operations (proposal writing, editing, illustration, production efforts, etc.) from assignment and receipt of RFP, through delivery and receipt by customer

+ Significant experience interacting with senior DCMA (ACO, DACO, CACO) and DCAA (supervisory auditor, Branch Manager, Regional Audit Manager).
+ Experience with FPRP and ICS cycles.
+ Strong cost accounting background related to US Government contracting.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to tailor communications to the needs of the audience.
+ Ability to apply lean principles in a transactional setting with an emphasis on root cause analysis, countermeasure development, and sustained change control.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead projects / programs. Ability to document, plan and execute programs. Established project management skills.
+ Comfortable working in an environment of ambiguity and changing priorities driven by customer requirements and external forces.
The base pay range for this position is $130,000-$160,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on June 24th, 2025.
