Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hybrid Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, assist the dentist during procedures, and support the administrative functions of our practice. This role combines both clinical and administrative tasks, making it essential for the candidate to be adaptable, organized, and proficient in dental assisting and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:
- Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for dental procedures.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as per the dentist's instructions.
- Perform basic dental procedures such as taking impressions, applying fluoride treatments, and assisting with dental cleanings.
- Maintain a sterile and organized environment in compliance with infection control protocols.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.

Administrative Duties:
- Schedule appointments and manage the patient flow in the office.
- Maintain and update patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
