**What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor and coordinate communications for incidents and requests at the location, following established protocols and site-specific policies.
+ Dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed to respond to incidents and emergencies.
+ Maintain accurate logs and records of all calls, incidents, and activities handled during the shift.
+ Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and/or contractors with inquiries and directions as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues when necessary.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including emergency responders when required.
+ Support Allied Universal team members by relaying information and coordinating response efforts during emergencies or unusual situations.
+ Remain alert to activities and conditions throughout the location, helping to deter unauthorized activity through prompt reporting and response.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Pepper spray certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

**Job Description**
This position has basic knowledge of the business and operating environment but works primarily with Associate and Senior Relationship Managers. This Associate Relationship Manager position provides direct support to Government & Higher Education clients and prospects in Government Banking West Division. Provides support with reporting and database management (SalesForce/nCino), pricing models and RoE calculations. Creates written communication both internal and external. Supports client meetings by preparing marketing material and providing industry and company research and analysis.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- One to three years of previous banking or related finance experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with or for financial institutions
- Previous banking, finance or sales experience preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
