SciTec has an immediate opportunity for a talented Government Contract Accountant.
Responsibilities
- Review and set up of federal government contracts into Deltek Costpoint contracts & accounting software system
- Billing and reporting of Cost Reimbursable, Fixed Price and T&M federal government contracts
- Monitor contract performance
- Preparation of government compliance support schedules
- General ledger and job cost ledger reconciliations
- Support annual Incurred Cost and Provisional Billing Rate submissions
- Support audit activities with the customer, DCAA, and/or DCMA
- Implement automation of accounting operations
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with accounting courses
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- At least 2 years of progressive experience with federal government contract accounting including indirect rate analysis
- Experience billing Cost Reimbursable, Fixed Price and T&M payments in a government contracting environment
- Working knowledge and understanding of the FAR, DFAR and CAS guidelines/procedures
- Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office software
- Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Detail oriented

This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site.
Our Sandoz flexible hybrid working approach allows US office-based employees to work up to 50% of their monthly workday remotely. This role will not have the ability to be located remotely. Preference will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation.
Major Accountabilities / Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Prepares and validate underlying data and responsible for analysis of one or more of the follow-ing: Average Manufacture Price (AMP), Best Price (BP), Average Sales Price (ASP) non-Federal Average Manufacturer Price (nFAMP) and Federal Ceiling Price (FCP).
- Completion of State and Supplemental Program filings within the allotted timeframe.
- Flawlessly execute all assigned controls, peer reviews and process steps related to Government Pricing calculations and submissions.
- Responsible for maintaining SOP's, SOX documentation and price calculation evidence of work.
- Responsible for review and maintenance of key master data utilized within all Government Pricing calculations.
- Work closely with management and IT to resolve system and process issues.
- Respond timely to pricing questions and pricing requests received from other business units, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc.
- Work with cross-functional teams to review commercial and business licensing contracts and amendments to assess Government Pricing requirements and implications.

The Senior Government Pricing Analyst is a key member of IntegriChain's Access Management Operations organization, which provides managed services and business process outsourcing in support of bio-pharmaceutical clients.
What this role entails:
- The Senior GP Analyst supports the data preparation, validation, calculation and analysis of price reporting required by the following government programs:
- Medicaid Drug Rebate
- Medicare Part B
- VA Federal Supply Schedule
- PHS 340B Drug Discount

+ Participate on cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert representing the Government Pricing team as required to evaluate and implement business strategies and initiatives.
+ Serve as a liaison with other functional areas (e.g., various groups within MAx Order to Cash, Pricing and Customer Operations, Finance, Legal and IT) regarding a variety of issues impacting government pricing and special projects.
+ Assist and lead team with implementation of system & process improvements as appropriate with internal and external business partners
+ Drive digital transformation by identifying opportunities to automate pricing processes and implement scalable digital tools.
+ Champion process innovation by evaluating current pricing practices and recommending digital enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
+ Minimum of 12 years of relevant government pricing, business, and/or finance experience.
+ Proven ability to successfully manage competing priorities, meet challenging deadlines, and work independently and across organizations.
+ Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail; accountability and ownership of results; flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment; prior supervisory experience and ability to develop others; and the ability to escalate issues as appropriate.
+ Strong analytical, communication, and demonstrated track record of business partnering skills are essential.
+ Proficiency in Excel is required and Model N experience is preferred.
+ Experience in the following areas is strongly preferred: Government Price reporting; Medicaid and other public sector programs; Accounting and financial analysis; controls and compliance; and the pharmaceutical business environment.
+ Demonstrated experience leveraging and/or implementing, AI-driven insights and digital tools to enhance customer engagement strategies, optimize HCP/patient experience, and drive data-informed commercial decision-making
+ Experience with process automation technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow automation tools, or scripting) is highly desirable
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $ 157,030 - $90,300 , plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
