About the Role
We're looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to take charge of growing Thoropass' demand function and programs. You'll lead the way in program orchestration and optimization-everything from web strategy and analytics, to paid ads, SEO, content, and event marketing.
You'll report to our VP, Marketing and join a collaborative, results-oriented team that knows how to work hard and have fun. We're looking for someone highly analytical, creative, quick to adapt, and comfortable managing strategy and execution (with some help from agencies and contractors).

Let's talk responsibilities:
Strategy
- Set the vision and define the future state of Growth for the company.
- Steward the culture of innovation, lead with an experimental mindset, encourage the team to fail, and fail fast.
- Lead the orchestration of the growth strategy for the GTM org including but not limited to: paid search, paid social, content, events (virtual and in-person), lifecycle marketing, account based marketing, SEO (search everywhere optimization), marketing operations, and inbound routing.
- Expand upon the foundation to lead the org into the next phase of growth by partnering closely with the Demand Gen Manager, RevOps, and GTM leadership on the design and optimization of our internal marketing systems, including attribution, signal scoring, lead follow-up, and more.
- Partner closely with the VP of Marketing to prepare for quarterly business reviews, board meetings, budget planning, and other internal initiatives.
- Lead our quarterly Inbound forecasting process to accurately project lead & pipeline impact by channel.
- Manage the growth marketing budget.
- Serve as the bridge and ally between marketing and sales
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, content, design and web development to ensure our website experience aligns with brand & performance goals.
- Lead the engagement with our content/SEO resources to optimize site performance and increase organic traffic and conversion.
- Regularly analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, & other metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and solve challenges creatively.
- Lean in to help drive the strategy for CRO through site personalization and A/B testing.
- Regularly share updates, learnings & recommendations with broader team & leadership.
- Oversee an annual budget spanning paid search, paid social, bespoke content creation (like partnering with Caspian Studios to create Scam Hunters), and new channel testing.
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across relevant channels, such as Google and LinkedIn, collaborating with design to create effective ad assets.
- Regularly monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CPL & lead to opp conversion, as well as sales follow-up SLAs.
- Experience: 7-10 years of demand gen / growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS, particularly for post Series B companies & with a technical/security audience.
- Influence: Strong organizational & leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Detail-Orientated: Manage multiple projects & prioritize effectively; move quickly while maintaining quality execution. In other words, Asana is your love language.
- Self-Starter: Operate independently & solve problems proactively while aligning with broader marketing strategy & goals.
- Analytical: Strong aptitude for interpreting performance data to unlock insights about our market, business, channels & campaigns.
- Technical: Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, VWO, Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Keyplay.
- People Management: Experience and excitement for managing and developing a talented team of growth-minded professionals.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and collaborate with teams.
- The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000 and will be based on experience and skill set

**Responsibilities**
+ Develop marketing plan for target audience to hit defined goals for new customer acquisition

**Qualifications**
+ 3-4 years of marketing, demand generation, or segment-based marketing experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or comparable field.
+ Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
+ Proficient using marketing automation systems and integrating those capabilities with CRM.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
+ Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase or other ABM tech preferred.
+ Strong reporting capabilities and the ability to provide insights and analyze multi-channel campaign results

**Compensation and Benefits**

**Required Skills:**
Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategy and execute marketing programs that align with business priorities (e.g. best practices, Reels, etc.) by assessing advertiser needs and defining scope for, proposing, and gaining leadership alignment for new opportunities
2. Orchestrate the production of large-scale educational programs (in person events, webinars, content marketing campaigns, etc.) that educate advertisers and guide decision making of actions that will improve their business outcomes
3. Assess advertiser strategy and identify opportunities to adjust tactics, develop strategies, and create scalable workshops that improve client results
4. Own marketing program that focuses on and scales innovative, up-and-coming strategies that are driving results for our most advanced advertisers
**Minimum Qualifications:**

5. 7+ years professional experience in marketing in a digital advertising focused role
6. Demonstrated expertise in paid social advertising, specifically Meta's advertising suite
7. Experience to communicate complex, strategic concepts within digital advertising clearly and concisely
8. Experience with analyzing data sets and delivering insights in Advertisements Manager, Excel, or data visualization tools
9. Experience creating effective campaigns and presentations
10. Experience to form effective partnerships with cross-functional teams
11. Bachelor's degree
