Counseling (40%)
•Provide financial counseling to student and families via walk-in, phone calls, emails, zoom and in person appointments regarding the financial aid application process, financing options, student account inquires, loan counseling and debt management strategies.
•Discuss billing questions with students and their families and provide detailed information about tuition charges.
•Conducts affordability meetings with incoming first-year students and families.
•Manage assigned caseload.
Student Accounts (40%)
•Conduct first level institutional collection out-reach on over-due bills, including phone calls and emails.
Additional Responsibilities (20%)
•In addition to the assigned student caseload, the counselor will also manage and be responsible for at least one of the primary Student Financial Service functions, such as payment plans, outside scholarships, federal work study, or VA.
•Represent the Office at Open Houses and other College events.
•Develop and maintain documentation of appropriate procedures for administrative responsibilities.
•Occasional nights and weekends are required as necessary.

Required:

Your clients develop state-of-the-art financial and economic models. Utilizing modern collaboration, DevOps, and deployment tooling, they are at the forefront of the digital transformation in the Finance industry. Working closely with sales and technical teams, you will guide Financial Services customers in deploying MATLAB-based applications and integrating analytic models into enterprise IT infrastructure and business processes.

Responsibilities
- Understand the production deployment challenges and requirements of Central Banks and Financial Services organizations, and develop actionable plans to support their technology initiatives.
- Build relationships with key customers across the Financial Services industry and become a trusted advisor on application deployment and integration.
- Inform users about product highlights and deployment best practices through webinars and onsite presentations.
- Provide hands-on support for customers' application deployment, integration, and automation projects.
- Develop proof of concepts to demonstrate new deployment technologies and approaches.
- Scope and execute technical deployment projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to MathWorks' software development team to influence the next generation of deployment and integration tools.
- A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
- Willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time.
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, Julia, or R.
- Expertise in software engineering, application deployment, and integration.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
