**Minimum Requirements:**
- 18+ years of age
- 36 college credit hours **_or_** high school diploma **and** completion of substitute training course
- Kelly offers the substitute Pathways Substitute Training course for candidates without the 36 college credit hours Missouri Substitute Certification Process ( Pay Rates:**
- Teacher: $140 per day
- Teacher (Long-Term, 10+ days): $49 per day
- Paraprofessional/Teacher Assistant: 16.85 per hour
**Responsibilities and Job Description(s):**
- Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
- Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
