Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience in marketing automation and digital marketing, preferred with a financial institution.
- Expert in use of marketing automation tools such as Eloqua.

- Experience with a multitude of digital and online marketing tools and trends.
- Knowledge of digital advertising, search engine optimization/marketing, and campaign performance analytics.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist to lead our e-commerce initiatives and marketing automation transitions, notably from Eloqua to Marketo. The role demands enhancing digital customer journeys, boosting online conversions, and executing marketing strategies to transition sales from telesales to digital platforms efficiently. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize web content, manage CRM integrations, and deliver impactful digital marketing campaigns.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales.
- Lead the migration and optimization of marketing automation platforms from Eloqua to Marketo.
- Optimize web content and user experience, utilizing A/B testing and UX enhancements.
- Integrate and maintain CRM systems, ensuring seamless operational flow with Marketo.
- Analyze performance data to drive optimization strategies and content updates.
Must Have Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Marketo and other marketing automation tools.
- Solid experience with WordPress CMS and web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong competency in CRM integration, preferably Salesforce.
Industry Experience Required:
- Background in E-commerce and B2B SaaS industries is highly preferred, along with familiarity with digital marketing in these domains.
