As the on-site Owner's Representative, your role is pivotal in ensuring the progress and technical performance of a project. In this role you'll manage a variety of capital improvement projects for our client utilizing your project management experience. Typical projects range from $1M - $0M, with opportunities for larger capital developments as they're programmed ( 250M - 1B). The work includes acting as a single point of contact for projects throughout the planning, budgeting, design, review, construction, equipping, furnishing, inspection and occupancy processes; monitoring project costs ensuring projects meet budget constraints; updating and ensuring the project stays on schedule and that the schedule is regularly briefed with the client; and ensuring that the project team completes the scope of the project within specifications. - Experience in capital project improvement and development program management

**Job Summary**
As an **Environmental Services Manager** , you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the operational needs of the EVS department at a 409 bed hospital, leading a team of about 20 hourly associates. You will coordinate the tasks of the department associates and assist in training and development. You will serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments and provide the highest possible level of service.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for department's financial data and statistics.
+ Monitoring of unit expenditures.
+ Develops and recommends department operating budget and ensure the department operates within budget.
+ Coordinates housekeeping activities with other departments.
+ Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises functions and activities of the department.
+ Establishes work standards and work flow.
+ Establishes and implements policies and procedures for departmental operations.
+ Encourages and mentor staff creativity and innovation.
+ Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies.
+ Proactive in the achievement of the facility goals and objectives.
+ Demonstrates quality leadership in meeting performance plans.
+ Reads, develops, and administers Total Quality Management process.
+ Additional duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ 1+ years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in housekeeping or environmental services
+ EVS experience in a hospital, senior living, or related healthcare operation preferred
+ 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
+ 1 or more years of supervisory/management experience.
+ Strong work ethic, drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills both one-on-one and in group situations.
+ Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff.
+ Understanding of budgeting processes and awareness of profit and loss concepts.
+ Excellent administrative and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
+ Ability to function appropriately under stressful conditions.
+ CRCST or any other applicable sterile processing certification is preferred.
+ Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
+ Associate's degree is preferred.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential security-related concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or hazardous conditions to appropriate personnel.
+ Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and information as needed while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential issues.

  • Our Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
