Job Summary:

This role provides direct clinical patient care and assumes responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.

The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Responsibilities include supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated, effective interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.


Requirements
  • Education: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
