Opportunity: Project focus on Healthcare projects from small clinics to large ambulatory care and surgical centers.
- Designing of power plans: receptacle and HVAC and owner equipment power connections, main electrical equipment room layouts, 1-line diagrams, emergency generator and uninterruptible power systems. Panel and equipment schedules. Designing of lighting plans: light fixture layouts, lighting calculations, photometric lighting analysis, lighting controls. Designing of systems plans: fire alarm, voice/data, security, paging, and public-address systems.
- Managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Leading business development pursuits.
- Leading, managing, and mentoring junior engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience.
- Professional Engineering License required.
- Understanding of NFPA 99, NFPA 70, and the FGI Guidelines as they specifically apply to hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, and medical office buildings.
- Revit/BIM experience and LEED certification are a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Base Compensation Opportunity: $100,000 - $120,000
*In addition, you qualify for a percentage of your salary as annual bonus opportunity based on company performance, as well as an annual equity award

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Market Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
- Define and articulate product positioning and value propositions based on market findings.
- Product Launch Leadership:
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
- Develop launch strategies that maximize market impact and drive customer adoption.
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Create and implement integrated marketing plans that align with overall business objectives.
- Utilize a mix of marketing channels (digital, content, social media, events) to reach target audiences effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and product alignment.
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing and other departments, facilitating communication and project alignment.
- Performance Measurement and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing marketing initiatives and projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of successful product launches and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and market research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
