Essential Job Duties:

• Monitor and ensure the quality of dialysis treatments and patient care

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of care and safety

• Oversee the daily operations of dialysis unit, including equipment maintenance and inventory management

• Oversees staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for shifts and managing staff shortages
