Diagnostic Imaging Duties and Expectations
- Perform radiographic and other diagnostic imaging procedures to assist clinical team and physicians in treatment of the patients.
- Prepare and position the patients for imaging procedures ensuring all proper techniques including radiation protection.
- Obtain optimum views as ordered by the physician.
- Process images and review for proper identification and quality control.

Position Overview
The Behavioral Health Specialist supports the Inpatient and Residential milieu by facilitating therapeutic skills and activity groups, providing therapeutic meal support at mealtimes and snacks, assisting residents in acquiring skills to manage their eating disorder, maintaining a recovery-oriented environment, and providing general support and assistance.
Schedule:
- Part Time- 24 hours per week
- 3 (8-hour) shifts, includes every other Saturday
- Facilitates therapy groups including skills groups, self-monitoring groups, and experiential activity groups which may include art activities, music, journaling, mindfulness, relaxation, and movement
- Participates in therapeutic supported meals and snacks
- Contributes to the creation and maintenance of a recovery-oriented therapeutic environment
- Participates in treatment team, mini team, therapy team, supervision, and/or case consultation meetings and seeks supervision when needed
- Completes clinical documentation in compliance with The Emily Program and Veritas policies and regulatory standards
• Bachelor's Degree in mental health-related field required. If degree is not in a mental health-related field, a degree in another field and equivalent experience required.
