Qualifications

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.
