In this role, you will leverage standard principles, theories, and concepts related to reporting of Labor Budgets, Targets, Hours/Resources, Volumes, and Productivity in UKG Pro Workforce Management Healthcare Productivity to address and resolve moderately complex business and technical challenges. You will work alongside a consulting implementation team to enhance organizational efficiency. As an ERP Applications Analyst, you will:

• Apply knowledge and experience in managing UKG Productivity applications within a large organization

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering or Commerce - OR- a combination of education and relevant experience
• 3 or more years of application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems: UKG, Premier, Oracle Cloud suite, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion, etc.) Applications, PeopleSoft, Workday, Kronos, a time & attendance module of a large ERP or a large nurse scheduling application

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, CPA, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, HCM
• 1 or more years of experience with UKG Productivity
• 1 or more years of experience with large scale business transformation and productivity application system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas
• Demonstrated ability to successfully execute small projects
• Understanding of methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle
• Experience in process improvement methodology, change management and operational improvement in complex systems
• UKG Productivity experience in a healthcare environment (UKG Pro Workforce Management Healthcare Productivity)
