A well-known large healthcare corporation is hiring for Biomedical Equipment Technician.

Responsibilities include:

• Performs corrective maintenance procedures including diagnosing problems using thermodynamic, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic sciences
• Provide Planned Maintenance (PM), safety testing, repairs, calibration, installation, routine and emergency service, to general and specialized medical equipment's as assigned by Clinical Engineering (CE) Manager.
• Interact with clinical staff to understand and resolve operational problems
• Determines need for replacement parts and supplies and notify equipment users and Clinical Engineering Management of repair status and delays
• Comply with all applicable regulatory guidelines

• Atleast 3 years relevant experience in healthcare / hospital

Position Description Responsible for daily billing, follow-up, reviewing and working edits to insure the highest reimbursement on claims.Job Duties: Collects, reviews, updates and ensures systems and/or documentation for complete and accurate billingFollow up on claims status, investigates and resolves obstacles to prompt reimbursementCompletes data entry as needed for claim submission, client invoicing and/or patient invoicesIdentifies and reports any payer trends, denial patterns and delays to managementAdheres to state, federal and HIPAA laws and guidelines with regard to patient records and collectionsContacts patients/insurance companies to collect unpaid insurance claims.Stays informed about changes in Medicare and Medicaid.Demonstrates the ability to be flexible, organized and function well in stressful situations.Interacts with patients/families in a professional manner.
