The Lead Care Manager functions as the lead to a group of Care Managers/"Designated Care Managers" during the shift. The Lead Care Manager ensures quality care and services are being provided to residents in our care neighborhoods and documented in a consistent manner and in alignment with each resident's Individualized Service Plan (ISP). **Essential Duties**

+ Provide supervisory support by taking attendance at the beginning of every shift, managing call-offs/no shows, sending open shift messages, and responding to shift requests.
+ Support team members as they provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services to residents in accordance with their (ISP). This may include bathing, grooming, personal and dental hygiene, bowel and bladder functions, dressing, hair care, escorting to and from meals and activities, and tidying resident room.
+ Support team members as they encourage personalized and meaningful resident participation in life enrichment programming and ADLs.
+ Assist with meal service in dining room. Coach team members on hospitality standards during meal service.
+ Document care and services provided to residents accurately, review care manager documentation throughout shift, and identify and bridge gaps in documentation by coaching team members.
+ Ensure compliance with Sunrise's Timekeeping and Meal/Rest Period policies, monitor team member break schedule and duration, ensure care managers clock in/out using correct job codes, and coach team members as required.
+ Display and encourage flexibility in work schedule by working holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts when necessary.
+ Prepare for shift by obtaining resident group assignments before care managers arrive and print and hand out to appropriate care managers.
+ Participate in crossover meetings by sharing/receiving pertinent information with/from other Lead Care Managers.
+ Carry a resident group assignment on overnight shifts and pick up group assignments in the event of an unfilled call off on day and evening shifts.
+ Cross train and possess credential (including certifications where required by state/province) to safely administer medications if needed during times of high volume or unexpected absence.
+ Lead by example when clocking in/out and taking proper meal/rest breaks.
+ Participate in group interview process including job preview video and community tour.
+ Support onboarding of new team members including shadowing and skills demonstration.
+ Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests by following established safety standards and actively support safety practices.
+ Report incidents and complete appropriate paperwork immediately.
+ Communicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to the department care coordinator and assist care coordinators, when required, in development and/or updates to ISPs and communicating with residents and families.
+ Prevent and handle conflict by working with the team towards solutions and communicate issues to department care coordinator, when necessary.
+ Contribute to care manager annual performance review by providing feedback to department care coordinator.
+ Project a positive, professional, and friendly image through action, words, and dress.
+ Maintain compliance in assigned required training and all training required by state/province or other regulating authorities as applicable to this role to ensure that Sunrise standards are always met.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

- Provide support for designated Client Service Operations Lead team on all issues and initiatives related to resolving issues or delegating to matrix business partners as needed.
- Accountable to collaborate with the Sales team to understand the products, benefits and services for sold cases. Make independent decisions and present proactive solutions/approaches to mitigate delays and potential service risk. Specifically identify risks, diagnose problems, perform root cause analysis, understand notifications as well as changes, influence, solve problems and make recommendations. Including participation in project execution.
- Provide subject matter knowledge to cross-functional teams and influence business partners accuracy and importance of timely submission to execute.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work under tight time constraints and communicate effectively for team success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Associate's degree in a related field preferred or at least 3 years of related experience.
- Previous sales operations, service, sales support skills and working knowledge/experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional customer centric skills and knowledge in all product and funding types strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail; Ability to quickly understand the Clients' needs and expectations.
- Proven Strong analytical and problem solving skills, strongly preferred
- Organized and experienced in meeting tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written)
- Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce is required
- Prior experience working with matrix partners and external customers is preferred
- Ability to attend client/broker events locally with potential to travel

Role Summary
The Dedicated Wellbeing Strategist will support a short- and long-term client-specific organizational wellbeing strategy. The Dedicated Wellbeing Strategist works closely with the client and their stakeholders, the Cigna Organizational Wellbeing Strategy team, the Cigna account team, and internal/external matrix partners to support and implement a total population wellbeing solution.
General Responsibilities
Partner with client and key matrix partners to develop, implement and evaluate organizational wellbeing strategy that will educate, empower, excite, and energize large populations in support of a healthy lifestyle. Identify opportunities and develop strategies to embed wellbeing into the organization's disperse and diverse workplace environments. Develop, coordinate, communicate, and implement key programs, onsite/virtual events, challenges, presentations, and campaigns. Support development and deployment of wellbeing communications including newsletters, custom communications, emails, and webpage updates. Collaborate to develop, build, engage and provide ongoing support for client wellbeing champion networks and/or wellbeing committees. Manage/support key program engagement, alignment, and integration with vendor partners. Communicate effectively with client leaders and stakeholders. Support relationships with client third-party wellness vendors. Provide guidance on existing and emerging industry health promotion/wellbeing trends.

- Industry certification such as CHES, Chapman, WELCOA, or worksite wellbeing programs preferred.
- Experience working with dispersed workforce.
- Experience in harmonizing wellbeing programs across sub-organizations.
- Experience developing, executing, and evaluating workplace wellbeing strategy.
- Experience collaborating with vendor partners.
- Experience working with employer benefits, human resources, wellness, informatics and others to identify trends and opportunities.
- Experience developing holistic strategy across multiple pillars of wellbeing (physical, social, community, emotional and financial).
- Flexible, ability to adapt and meet the needs of various populations.
- Must be able to build rapport and present confidently to all levels of stakeholders.
