- Lead the integration of cybersecurity solutions with key elements of the HTM program such as CMMS, Capital Planning, RTLS, and remote diagnostic monitoring.
- Advocate for integration of Cybersecurity data & insights to inform client operations and business objectives and lead the customer facing requirements regarding the sale of the product(s), implementation, operational support, and continuous improvement.

- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) practices.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.

Are you a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) passionate about improving outcomes in osteoporosis care and fragility fracture prevention? Join the growing Advanced Practice Provider-run Bone Health Clinic in Redwood City, CA, where you'll play a critical role in long-term disease management, patient education, and program development.
This position focuses on managing patients with osteoporosis and low-trauma fractures (e.g., hip, spine, wrist). You'll lead care delivery through clinical assessments, medication management (including injectables and infusions), and care coordination. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including other APPs, Mas, RNs, and nurse coordinators. This is a non-surgical APP role ideal for providers interested in chronic disease management, preventative care, and expanding bone health services. This is a unique role as we are searching for a provider who would like to be apart of the expansion of the clinic, provider outreach and provider and patient education.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday; 8a-5pm
- No Weekends or Nights
- 36 days of PTO
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive care for patients with osteoporosis and fragility fractures
- Prescribe and monitor injectable osteoporosis treatments and infusions5/14/
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Orthopedics, Endocrinology or similar specialty
- Certified NP or PA with active California license (or eligible)
- Experience in endocrinology, geriatrics, primary care, or orthopedics preferred
Applicants will be required to obtain a Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) Certificate from the Bone Health and Osteoporosis foundation within 6 months of hire.
